PTS 2.0

Stick Dog and his friends are trying to get hamburgers, which the humans have.  Stick Dog and his friends try many plans to get the hamburgers.  Eventually the family saw what they were doing so they gave them free hamburgers to eat.  This is a very funny book.  It is sometimes mysterious.  Other times it's really surprising.

Amber Brown is Not a Crayon

By Paula Danziger
AR
RL 3.7
PTS 1.0

This is a story about a girl named Amber who had a hard time.  Amber and Justin were friends since preschool. Justin and his mom needed to sell their house so that they could live in Alabama with Justin's dad.  One day the sign that said "For Sale" in front of their house had a sticker that said "SOLD." Everyone was super sad that day.  I would recommend this book for people who have had friends that had to move away.  It would also be good for people who have had arguments with their friends and then forgave each other.

Scott Pilgrim #1: Precious Little Life

By Bryan Lee O'Malley

No AR

Scott Pilgrim is about a guy who's life is going good, great even.  Until this girl comes into his life and turns it around.  In the book an evil guy comes and challenges him to a fight.  He has to win to get the girl of his dreams.  Won't tell who won though--gonna have to read it yourself!  If you like romantic twists and turn (with a little comedy) then I recommend this book to you!

Thirteen-year-old Lemony Snicket goes with his chaperone to a city, Stain'd-By-The-Sea, to solve the mystery of the Bombinating Beast statue.  Will he be able to find it in time?  I'd recommend this book for people that enjoy mystery, humor, and. . . well. . . Lemony Snicket.
